Who we are
Shades of Blue Lifestyles is a 100% black woman-owned private company registered in South Africa (registration 2013/185990/07). We started in 2013 supplying labour, goods, services and maintenance to engineering, mining and manufacturing businesses, and have grown into four lines of work: labour hire and HR, steel fabrication, building repairs and maintenance, and consumables.
Our head office and workshop are in East Geduld, Springs, with branches in Nigel, Alberton, Springs and Durban. We are a Level 1 B-BBEE contributor with 135% procurement recognition.
What we set out to do
- Create employment for matriculants and for diploma- and degree-level staff.
- Develop leaders through career development and mentorship.
- Run a service business whose first goal is to exceed what clients expect.
- Contribute to lowering unemployment and to economic growth in our communities.
