Pipe fabrication means manufacturing pre-designed piping and tube systems to suit a particular site. Our pipe work is mostly structural — handrails, guard rails, barriers and frames — and we also accept smaller specialised projects.

Every run is measured on site, fabricated to fit and installed by the same team, so posts line up and joints are clean. The installs below are our own work.

How it works

Site measure
We come out, measure, photograph and talk through how the piece will be used.
Drawing and quote
A sketch or drawing with sizes, materials and finish, with a fixed written quote.
Fabrication
Cut, weld, clean and paint in our Springs workshop, with an inspection before dispatch.
Installation
Delivered and installed by our own team, then signed off with you on site.

Questions we get asked

Galvanised or painted?

Outdoor and wet areas are best galvanised; indoor rails can be primed and painted to your colour. We quote either.

Can you work around a running factory?

Yes. We plan installation around your shifts and barricade the work area so production continues.

Do you work from drawings?

Yes. Send engineer's or architect's drawings and we quote from them. If you have none, we measure on site and prepare a working sketch for your approval before cutting steel.

Can you galvanise?

We fabricate for galvanising and arrange hot-dip galvanising through a galvanising plant when it is specified. Otherwise steel is primed and painted to your colour.
