Signs your building is due

Preparation is the job

Most of a painter's time goes into preparation — cleaning, filling, sanding and sealing — because that is what makes paint adhere and last. We inspect first, photograph and video every problem area, and quote what it takes to fix it properly.

As a registered company we buy paint at trade prices and pass the saving on in the quote. Our quality team inspects with you at handover; imperfections stay visible long after a painter leaves, so we do not leave any.

Who uses this service

How it works

  1. Site inspection

An inspector visits, takes photographs and video of each problem and discusses the fix with you.

  2. Written quote

An itemised quote backed by the photographs, so you can approve line by line.

  3. The work

A uniformed team arrives with materials and tools; the team manager checks progress regularly.

  4. Handover

After-photographs, a joint inspection and sign-off. Nothing is left unfinished.

Questions we get asked

Is it worth paying a professional painter?

Usually, yes. Walls need cracks repaired, damp treated and surfaces prepared before painting, and that is where DIY jobs fail. A professional finish is done once, correctly, without you losing weekends or buying tools.

Why does painting cost what it does?

The biggest cost is labour, and most labour is preparation. You save most by clearing the area and agreeing a scope that avoids unnecessary prep.

Do you supply the paint?

Yes. Our quote includes paint at our trade price. If you prefer a particular brand or have stock, tell us and we will quote labour only.

Do you charge for a quote?

No. We inspect the site, photograph the problems and send a written quote at no charge.

How do payments work?

For private and smaller jobs we ask for a 50% deposit on acceptance and the balance on completion and sign-off. For corporate and government clients we work to your purchase-order and payment terms.

Have we worked for you?

A few honest sentences or a 90-second video help the next buyer decide. Nothing appears here until we have confirmed it with you.

Signed letters from clients are on the references page.
